About Me

I’ve spent much of my life accompanying people through life’s most tender passages — nearly two decades as a nurse in both hospice and labor & delivery, offering care at the sacred beginnings and endings of life. I’ve sat beside hundreds of souls — some just arriving, some preparing to leave — and each one has shaped the way I walk through the world.

In 2000, I became a yoga instructor, which opened a new way of listening and being. That path eventually led me to Polarity and Craniosacral Therapy. For over 15 years now, I’ve been weaving energy medicine with story, ritual, and remembrance.

In 2020, I was told I had only a few years to live. Since then, something unexpected happened — I came more fully alive. I’ve been swimming in the ocean, creating flower essences in wild places, writing magical books with my grandsons, and loving my five children with even more presence. Instead of “fighting” cancer, I’ve chosen to walk alongside it — and it has become one of my greatest teachers.

Today, I live between Sayulita, Mexico and the high desert of Sedona, Arizona. I offer support to those navigating illness, grief, motherhood, and transformation. My work is spirit-rooted, practical, and tender. If you’re longing for realignment, ritual, or rest — there’s a doorway here for you.
