Sift is a welcoming space to explore the themes of death, loss, and meaning in community. Each session begins with a simple prompt to spark conversation. There’s no pressure to speak—just an invitation to listen, share, and reflect together.

Becoming a Death-Healthy Steward Toodleoo: A 6-Week Live Course in Death Stewardship
Have you ever wished you felt more confident showing up for others in their hardest moments; death, grief, deep change? Many of us feel the pull to support others through the unknown, but don’t always know how.
This course is for those who feel drawn to the threshold, to be present, loving, and grounded when it matters most. Whether you’ve walked with someone through dying before, or you’re simply being called to deepen your care, this is a place to remember what you already carry.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to become a healthy death steward; someone who listens deeply, speaks honestly, and tends to the sacredness of endings.
In this course, you’ll learn how to:
• Speak about death with clarity, softness, and presence
• Support others through dying or grief — without needing to fix or rescue
• Use energetic tools from Polarity Therapy and Craniosacral work
• Create meaningful rituals for end-of-life and remembrance
• Clarify your personal relationship with death and impermanence
• Practice a simple & gentle energy session for those in transition
This is a sacred remembering. Our collective capacity is deepening. The world needs more of us who can hold steady in the mystery.
