This is a one on one, 6-session Polarity based series and is for those who feel called to walk beside the next generation in a new, more energy-aware way. 🌸 Custom Flower Essence Session

A sensory, energetic session that blends Polarity Therapy with the vibrational support of custom-curated flower essences. Together we’ll tune in to what’s stirring in your body and life—grief, transition, creative blocks, ancestral patterns—and co-create a healing ritual to support your process. Then you will receive in the mail your own custom curated flower essence to use for the next 30 days. These flower essences are harvested one batch at time and created in places all over North America.

This session includes:

A collaborative session where we listen together (virtual or in-person)

A short ritual you can continue at home
